Mini Wireless Keyboard i8 Backlit - Touchpad Remote for Smart TV Box & Mini PC

Product Description

This backlit version of the i8 mini wireless keyboard adds illuminated keys to the handheld keyboard-and-touchpad combo that has become the standard remote for Android TV boxes, mini PCs and media centres. In a dimmed lounge, a home cinema room or a darkened boardroom, the LED backlighting makes every legend clearly visible so you can type a search, enter a password or move the cursor without turning the lights on.

Everything connects through a 2.4GHz nano USB receiver that clips into the back of the unit for storage. Plug it into an Android TV box, smart projector, mini PC, Raspberry Pi, HTPC, Windows laptop or Linux machine and the keyboard works instantly with no drivers or pairing. Wireless range of around ten metres means you can operate the screen comfortably from a sofa, bed or the back of a meeting room.

The QWERTY thumb keys are rubberised and shaped for fast two-thumb typing, making Wi-Fi passwords, streaming logins and web searches painless compared with an on-screen keyboard. Below them, a responsive multi-touch trackpad supports tap-to-click, scrolling and dragging, with separate left and right mouse buttons for precision. A rechargeable lithium battery lasts weeks of casual evening use, charges over a standard USB cable, and the backlight can be switched off to extend runtime further. Compact, durable and genuinely practical, it is the upgrade every media box deserves.
