Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Pricing & availability

Prices are shown in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. After dispatch, use our returns process.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Asap Deals' liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
