When you're eligible for a refund
- Item returned within 30 days in original condition
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Order cancelled before dispatch
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, generally within 3β7 business days after we receive and, where necessary, inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time for funds to reflect.
Shipping costs
Original delivery and return costs are covered by us when the return is due to our error or a defective product. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return or collection cost.
